Description

Added Group module which includes register_group(), register_group_and_attach_license(), mint_and_register_ip_and_attach_license_and_add_to_group(), register_ip_and_attach_license_and_add_to_group(), register_group_and_attach_license_and_add_ips(), and collect_and_distribute_group_royalties()
Added transfer_to_vault to Royalty module
Updated get_permission_signature in sign.py to handle multiple permissions
Updated integration setup and added new respective integration tests
